Since the early 90s, BEC’s many years of experience in the development of permanent magnets and the resulting technical and personnel links have shown us new ideas and possibilities in the construction of loudspeakers at BEC. As a result, BEC has been able to focus intensively on the subject of permanent magnets and magnet systems. Coupled with the experience of over 30 years of German engineering from Moers, a new, globally unique loudspeaker line was created! BEC Akustik is following this calling to market with excellent sound in a slim design worldwide through an independent market presence. Thanks to the wide dispersion of 160° and the advantage of lower volume loss of only 3dB per distance doubling, the information is evenly distributed in the room over long distances. Our technologically unique and innovative driver design allows our IC series to be manufactured in a very slim package at a frequency range between 120 and 20,000 Hz. Edge refractions are avoided.
