PRO LAB has announced its exclusive partnership with HIVE, a UK-based company specializing in media control technology. The agreement will see the introduction of the manufacturer’s media server solutions to the GCC and MENA regions, supporting industries such as live events, theme parks, cultural destinations and immersive experiences.
Founded by AV experts Dave Green, Trey Harrison and Mark Calvert, HIVE has developed a system designed to reduce the bulk and complexity of traditional equipment. Mina Goumenaki, brand manager of video at PRO LAB, shared her technical perspective. “HIVE’s media servers represent a significant shift in how we approach media control systems. By eliminating the need for extensive cabling and a centralized media hub, we’re offering our clients a flexible, cost-effective, and energy-efficient solution.
